Midi Song Files!• Where do I place an order?

To place an order for a MIDI Song File from our catalog, use our online order form.
Please complete the order form, using the text boxes to select up to 10 songs per order.
• What information must I supply?
We need your full name, postal address to which your card is registered, credit card number, credit card type (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), and your email address (to which we will send your order via email, or contact you if a problem occurs). If you place an order, and don't receive it within 48 hours, please send an email to sales@handsonus.com with details of your order, and we will sort out the problem.
It is very important that you provide us with correct details, or your order may be delayed.
• How do I select the songs I want to buy?
Click on the "Song List" button, and look in the library listing for the songs you want, then use the text boxes in the lower half of the order form to select up to 10 songs per order. Minimum order is 2 songs. Songs are listed alphabetically by song title. Please type in the song number (4 digits) AND the Title (we use this as a cross check). If you don't want to buy 10 songs, just leave some of the boxes empty (or at the default setting), so if you only want 4 songs, just use the first 4 text boxes. We wanted to make life easy for you by using pop-up boxes on the order page, but this would have made the order page so large (we have over 1200 songs ) that it would have taken half an hour for you to download it!
• What if I make a mistake?
If you make a mistake, either click again on the relevant box and correct it, or use the RESET button to clear the form completely, and start again.
• How do I send the order to Hands On?
When you are sure that ALL the information is correct, click ONCE on the SUBMIT button. Your order will be sent to us. If the server is busy, it may take up to 60 seconds for a response, but please be patient, DO NOT CLICK THE SUBMIT BUTTON MORE THAN ONCE! If you do, you may be charged twice by mistake!.
• How much will it cost?
Each song will cost $7.49 U.S. All prices on this site are displayed in U.S. Dollars. If you are buying from another country, this cost should be converted to your local currency at the current exchange rate by your credit card supplier when it appears on your bill. We make a nominal charge of 75 cents per order for order processing and electronic delivery.
• How can I pay?

• How and when will I receive my order?
You will receive your order by email as a file attachment. It will be in the form of a compressed file (see our technical help page for more information) which you can decompress yourself with many readily available software tools. We aim to send any order within 24 hours, and in many cases it will be much faster than this. Please note that due to the nature of our files, and the means of distribution, we cannot offer refunds, but we're sure that our demos will speak for the quality of our song library.
